Mid cycle pain: Mid cycle pain with intercourse can be a sign of infection, endometriosis or other gyn problem. The ovaries are swollen and sensitive at that time and some level of tenderness is often seen then with nothing wrong. Get a check up with a gyn specialist for more advice.
