No difference: Having genital herpes does not change a woman's ability to get pregnant, except in the one circumstance where she has frequent outbreaks. If she has frequent outbreaks (she should not be having sex during an outbreak), then she will end up have sex on fewer days of the year . . . Which may mean taking longer to get pregnant. Of course, she can see her doctor about using preventive antivirals.
