Generally ok: Sex is a great way to continue showing love and affection during pregnancy. There are some conditions where you will want to avoid it like placenta previa or incompetant cervix. In addition some mild spotting and cramping usually occurs for a couple days afterwards. But most OB doctors don't restrict sex in normal healthy pregnancies.
