Yes in the right: Hands, assuming you have a good dcotor it is usually safe, I do tubals in the office by the essure method which is much easier and safer than having a laparoscopic or robotic tubal or a minilap tubal, u can go online and read about all the methods , anyone can have a complication but if done properly the risk of a problem or se is low, in my opinion essure is the safest and easiest and least pain!
