Usually after 14 day: Most women ovulate 14 days after the beginning of their period, so that would be the optimal time to try getting pregnant. Avoid smoking, take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

Timing: If you have a 28 day period then you will likely ovulate around day 14 of your menstrual cycle. If you have shorter or longer menstrual cycles - go back 14 days before your regular period is anticipated to know.
