If you are truly not pregnant, a woman may sometimes feel gastrointestinal movements that she believe is "kicking." once a woman has actually carried a child it is sometimes easier to tell the difference.

See your doctor: Birth control pills aren't perfect and neither are individuals--missing pills is common, and can lead to lower effectiveness. Do a pregnancy test and see your doctor.
