Depends: If you are suffering from acne around buttocks it could be folliculitis or a staph infection locally around hair follicles and pores. Try using an antibacterial soap and gently scrubbing once a day. If that fails you may need more help than this. If so see your doctor and see if he can prescribe a treatment that is more effective.
