I've been diagnosed with pelvic inflamatry dieasy and what is it ?

It generally suggests an infection that has been sexually transmitted - most commonly chlamydia, gonorrhea, and / or trichomonas. However, many women are told they have PID based on their symptoms of pelvic pain and discharge, but their cultures are negative.
