Vaginal Dryness: Vaginal dryness in 18 years old is seen sometimes but you can overcome that by using a lubricant like KY jelly or any other vaginal moisturiser, sylk is one name come to my mind dont use it if you are allergic to kivi fruit as it is derived from extract of kiwi fruit.
