PLEASE ASK YOUR: Doc who did your surgery as u are still in the post op period and your surgeon knows what was done and what your condition is now, no other doc should answer that ? And without knowing anything i say no unless your doc says ok.

Yes: You should be essentially completely recovered by four weeks after your surgery. It should not be a problem to travel by air even before that time though.
