Yes: You could definitely be pregnant, especially since you have not had a menstrual period in a while. You should perform a urine pregnancy test. If it is negative, you are not pregnant. You might consider making a doctor's appointment as soon as possible if you do not get your period.. There are also other causes of missed/late periods that your doctor would be able to evaluate.

Possibly: Many women can still conceive at age 42. Rather than guessing, just take a home pregnancy test. They are inexpensive and quite accurate. Be well.
