KP: Kp is typically found on the back of the upper arms and thighs. They look like smin colored or slightly red bumps with small flaky centers. There is no cure, however, am-lactin and lachydrin (lactic acid) are products which can help.

Picture matching: Millions of people have it, including a bunch of my physician friends and the athletes I supervise. You can read online about various ways of managing it, but nothing really works, and it's basically not treatable. If this is KP, it'll come and go for the rest of your life.
