Probably irritation: Sit in a tub of warm water 3x a day & dry gently while waiting to get examined. You may have irritated the sensitive skin, but the bleeding could be from inside & should be checked.

Unrelated: I'm not sure why you were putting baking soda on your vagina? That would not cause bleeding. You could schedule a visit to discuss irregular periods.
