Probably not related: Monitor your fluid intake up to 2 hours before sleep. You might be overhydrated or just consuming too much fluid too close to bedtime. Your urine should be clear to light yellow if you are properly hydrated. (if it is darker, then you are likely dehydrated.) keep a log for one week for when you drink and how much, and the color of your urine in the afternoon and 2 hours before sleep. Good luck.
