Premature Ejaculate: Premature ejaculation (pe) may effect more men than even erectile dysfunction. The normal time from penetration to ejaculation is around 2 minutes. Some men cannot delay ejaculation but for a few seconds after penetration and some cannot even penetrate first. Numbing creams and "distraction" methods work, but not always. Kegels (pc squeeze) is unreliable. Using ssri meds off-label for pe works.

Relax: Premature ejaculation is more to do with anxiety than any penile problems. Keep trying, you will succeed, remember an indian saying " when iron comes near fire it will eventually get hot wether it likes to or not". To get rid of premature ejaculation keep trying and your wife will understand.
