A few: Lobeline is a plant product with the prime ingredient being a partial nicotine agonist. Nausea, vomiting and dizziness are the most common side effects, and they are usually mild. However, the therapeutic dose (4 mg per day) is pretty close to the toxic dose level (8 mg or more per day) so if you are using too much, these kinds of side effects can occur.
