Not much, none: Unlikely your penis will grow now that you are beyond puberty. Unfortunately, the penis is anchored to the pubic bone, so that as a man increases in girth, his penis appears to shrink - it does not shrink, but is simply anchored to the pubicbone and therefore unable to move as the body habitus expands.
