For PCOS?: In women with pcos, about 80% of women will respond and ovulate with clomid (clomiphene). About half of these women will achieve a pregnancy within 6 ovulatory cycles on clomid (clomiphene). If not pregnant after 6 cycles, other treatment options may need to be considered.
