Premature ejaculatio: This problem is very common, and usually relates to various kinds of anxiety such as performance, etc. There are certain helpful techniques you can learn to use, with the help of your partner. It may help to see a sex therapist, to discuss the nature of your difficulties so that the right things can be suggested. Also you can google "squeeze technique, " and see about trying this.

Premature Ejac: To deal with premature ejaculation, it's essential that you learn to recognize the point just before orgasm, and practice controlling this. Methods include the "start-stop" and the "squeeze" techniques. You can learn these either with a cooperative partner, or by yourself. Here's a brief article by dr. Ruth: http://tinyurl.Com/d6bq94a good luck! there are also drugs like ssri's, too.
