See your Gyn: There can be several causes. You could have an ovarian cyst on that side. Endometriosis implants could be on that side. You could have vaginal trauma from vigorous intercourse/digital stimulation. More likely its just sensitive from something more benign. Abstain from intercourse for several days and see if symptoms improve. If not, see your gyn and have an evaluation.
