Not a medical term: Heartache refers to mental anguish or suffering such as when you have a bad relationship. It is not usually referring to chest pain related to the heart.

Broken heart sx: There is broken heart syndrome which was coined by cardiologist. Also known tako-subo cardiomyopathy.
