Yes but: Only if you swallow three gallons of his/her saliva. Short answer is no. While these tests can detect very, very tiny amounts of drugs, the lower you set the bar, the more false positives you have. So cannabis is usually set at 50 ng/ml for a positive, and it is not possible to reach that amount through second-hand exposure to smoke (or saliva).

Absolutely no idea: If the test is taken right away after the kiss i suppose that it is possible. Otherwise i would assume that the chemicals have to be in the blood system or they would immediately wash out with rinsing or a mouthwash.
