Low calorie diet: Congratulations on setting on the path to attain a healthy weight. To lose weight the amount of calories you burn must be more than total calories you eat/drink. You have taken the first step which is increasing your exercise. Any diet that will lead you to consume less calories should work (do not forget calories from drinks).
