What are some natural ways to help with migraines?

Can be done: Here are some natural preventatives which in fact work as well or better than prescription items: riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, magnesium, co-q10. See neurologist, get the recipe, and you may see dramatic alteration of your headaches. Best of luck.

Prevention helps!: Sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, preferably the same 8 hours every night. Smoking cessation (tobacco consumption is a common trigger & aggravating factor for migraines). Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day. Moderation of caffeine intake, 5 cups of coffee or less per day. Stress reduction. Again, hope this helps, and good luck!
