20% chance per month: Even in the best of circumstances, the rate of pregnancy per month in only about 20%. If you are having monthly cycles, this is a good indicator that you are ovulating. If you cycles are erratic, then you may need ovulation medications. You also have to be concerned with your partner's sperm quality. Typically, i recommend an office evaluation after trying for 6-8 months.
