Gynecomastia: Gynecomastia is development of male breasts which can be preceded by nipple sensitivity in those w/excess estrogen. I mention this because you used the symbol for a guy. If that was in error, you might have mastitis or localized infection of your nipples. Regardless of your gender, go see your family physician for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment.
