My laibia get dark during my period, is that anything to be consered about?

No worries: Pigment changes to "apocrine" areas like underarms and groin are not unusual especially if you are already have pigmented skin. Sometime we worry about a condition that signals a hormonal/metabolic disorder called acanthosis nigricans, but this is usually not fluctuating with your cycle. Undoubtedly the time course of these changes coincides with the changes in your estrogen and Progesterone level.
