Yes: Many men with an enlarged prostate also have erectile dysfunction. Viagra (sildenafil) may be used; however, if you are taking medication for your enlarged prostate or any other medication, you should speak with your doctor about possible interactions first. In addition, Cialis at a once daily dose of 5 mg is approved to treat both enlarged prostate and erectile dysfunction together. Discuss this with your md.

Yes but see below: Viagra (sildenafil) is safe for men with enlarged prostates, though at age 26 this would be uncommon. If you have urinary symptoms and equate this with "enlarged prostate" viagra (sildenafil) is still safe, though few 26 year olds require viagra (sildenafil). I do not recommend viagra (sildenafil) as a recreational drug. If you have significant urinary symptoms, i recommend seeing a urologist and you can discuss all of these issues.

BPH: BPH does not occur in your age group. If you are experiencing prostate symptoms in addition to erection problems and the onset is recent, the most likely diagnosis is prostatitis at your age. See a urologist.
