Depends: Neurpraxia r a nerve stretch can happen with surgery and get better with time. Unfortunately if present for a long time like a year and not getting better is a poor prognosis.

Depends on why: If you haven't aready promptly follow up with surgeon and get early post op imaging ct scan check implant position nerve root injuries surgical have a poor prognosis generally nerve dysfunction due to inflammation or stretching can resolve with time so it matters why the nerves are not functioning there are several possibilities.
