Depends: Neurpraxia r a nerve stretch can happen with surgery and get better with time. Unfortunately if present for a long time like a year and not getting better is a poor prognosis.

Depends on why: If you haven't aready promptly follow up with surgeon and get early post op imaging ct scan check implant position nerve root injuries surgical have a poor prognosis generally nerve dysfunction due to inflammation or stretching can resolve with time so it matters why the nerves are not functioning there are several possibilities.

Hard to say: It is most important to know what is actually causing or caused the paralysis to know what your prognosis is. There may be things that can be done to improve your situation. The longer a paralytic condition exists, the less likely it is to recover. Thank you for your question.
