A member asked:

What is dermalipoatrophy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Jumbled term: Lipoatrophy is a condition where fatty tissues in one local or in generally have shrunken (atrophied) from their usual or expected state. Dermo- is derived from the greek meaning skin. I have never seen the terms strung together in that order & it doesn't appear in my dictionary as such, but you can get the idea behind it.
