Yes and no: If you have a swelling at the tip of the elbow posterior, that is bursitis. You could have just swelling from the injury. If infected, it would be hot and red.

Possible both: I believe most likely it is (olecranon bursitis) because if it is infection it will get worse by the day, and you get fever locally. Both need follow up with your doctor.
