Low risk pt: From a cardiac stand point your a young female with atypical chest pain. So a work up for pericarditis ( inflamation around the heart ) or other non cardiac sources. Muscle or skelatal issues. Reflux during exercise etc. You can try advil (ibuprofen) to see if this helps. Labs cxr 2d echo etc.
