Possibly: This may indicate you are ovulating at different times (or not at all) which can interfere with getting pregnant. There are some simple tests for this.

Yes: 45 day cycles are not normal regular cycles. The concern is that this may be a sign that one is anovulatory, which would make it more difficult to conceive as ovulation is less predictable. Whether trying to conceive or not, would recommend consulting gyn for evaluation and possible treatment.
