A member asked:

Is "cumming" an a orgasm the same thing for women?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Female Orgasm: The female orgasm does not, of course, result in ejacualtion of sperm or seminal fluid, so it is different. The physiologic sensation, however, can be even more intense and prolonged, than the male orgasm, and often occurs in multiple "waves, " and is described as being much more pleasurable. Some women experience a fluid emission at the time of orgasm, but this is a glandular sperm- free fluid.
