Is "cumming" an a orgasm the same thing for women?

The physiologic sensation, however, can be even more intense and prolonged, than the male orgasm, and often occurs in multiple "waves, " and is described as being much more pleasurable. Some women experience a fluid emission at the time of orgasm, but this is a glandular sperm- free fluid.
