None: If you have generalized psoriasis, topical creams will not be adequate. You need to consider systemic therapies which are often extremely effective in treating the entire body at once. See a dermatologist.

Hydrocortisone oint: You have 3 cortisone ointments, but 2 of them (dermovate and dovobet) should not be used in the genital area, because the skin is too thin. The Hydrocortisone is milder, and is safer for use in that area. However, i feel you need to talk to your dermatologist about possible systemic therapies for your psoriasis, .
