Yes: Prior tubal (/ectopic) (or history of std also) can lead to scarring of the tube, making a subsequent ectopic more likely. Tube-sparing techniques (non-surgical / chemical ab, or scope-surgery techniques) minimize this. When you next ttc, be attentive for "sided" (l or r) low abdominal/pelvic pain that worsens over hrs-to-days & seek u/s early.
