Move sleep eat less: Move every day and do it often. Get enough sleep so you don't feel tired during the day. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, some lean protein, and olive oil. Cut back on foods with a lot of calories and not much nutrient value. Don't smoke. If you drink, don't have more than 7 drinks a week. Spend time with people you love and have interests outside of work.
