Probably nothing: Ringing in the ears with movement most like is caused by a changes in blood pressure and/or pressure in the eustachian tube - both of which are nothing to worry about. If the ringing becomes constant, worsens and is associated with hearing loss, you'd need to be seen by an ENT doc.
