Yes!: I do not know what type of eating disorder you have but both anorexia and bulimia (whether the "purging" involves vomiting, fasting, laxatives, or overexercise) can have fatal complications. Both your life and your emotional well-being are at risk. Please seek treatment asap! there are many centers (like renfrew in nyc) and specialized therapists, either outpatient or residential therapy.
