A member asked:

Is it normal for a vagina to have bumps and discoloration?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Likely normal: The outside of the vagina--the labia majora often have different skin tone/darker comparing to your skin. Also, the hair follicles on these areas can appear as larger bumps than else where when the skin is "wrinkled-up" and smaller/smoother with arousal causing the labia majora to swell--similar to a man with erection. If your findings are new, then consult doc. If has always been so then=normal.
