blocked sebacious : It is most probabely not herpes, it may be a blocked sebacious gland or a cyst.Wash with warm water when you take a bath and if it persists see your gynecologist or family doctor herpes infection causes painful fluid filled lesion. If you want to be sure what it is have it checked.
