Hemorrhoids do not: cause viral gastroenteritis or abdominal pain. The symptoms of stomach flu (viral gastroenteritis) can include: nausea, vomiting, headache, watery bowel movements (not bloody), abdominal cramps and a low fever. Your physician can confirm diagnosis.
