Everyone's different: Everyone will "show" differently depending on their body type. There is no real normal. At 12 weeks the uterus is just above the pubic bone. At 20 weeks it reaches your belly button. Some people will show earlier and some later. Both are normal.

Depends: That depends on your current weight/height-bmi etc. For example, very thin women may show earlier in the pregnancy and larger obese women may not show until very late if at all. Generally speaking though, most women start to show at the end of the first trimester, and into the second.
