No: Pregnancy is a complicated process. The amount of determining factors are what make the process of life so interesting and amazing. It is nearly impossible for a female to get pregnant without penetration and/or ejaculation directly into the vaginal cavity. Sperm requires a very sensitive and exact environment (ph, temperature, viscosity, etc) and dry-humping prevents this.
