Can't tell: Possibly, but don't guess. Have it checked out for infection so it can be treated if it is. It could just be a benign discharge with with no effect on pregnancy so don't worry, just have it looked at and cultured or examined under a microscope if indicated.

No short answer: Cervical mucus which is part of the vaginal discharge can change depending on female hormones. Typically white discharge can be found when Progesterone is the strongest, and this can also make cervical mucus thick which makes it difficult for sperm to enter. So you might not be making an egg or the high estrogen mucus which is clear and like egg whites. It depends on the time in your cycle.
