Not likely: Near end of 2nd trimester you should have some clue to being pregnant. Many things can cause abnormal or irregular periods: infection / stress / diet / exercise / etc., should be evaluated by your dr / gyn for full evaluation.

Amenorrhea: The fact that you haven't had a period in 5months doesn't mean that you have to be pregnant. For example if you are heavy into sports you may not have a period for months at a time. Also it is not unusual for young girls to have irregular periods if you are concerned see a gynecologist for peace of mind.
