Not long: You have already proved your fertility. The average is about 15% of fertile women get pregnant each month, so it probably won't take too long. On the other hand, if you really had a loss at 5 months, that is not a miscarriage in the usual sense and you need to be evaluated for preterm labor or cervical insufficiency. Both require different treatments in the next pregnancy.
