Why? What's ur goal?: If you're 20yo & taking bcp (birth control pills), the idea is usually to keep from getting pregnant. Other reasons for taking bcp are acne, regulation of menses, etc. Regardless, there's no reason to take saliva tests. More importantly, what do you plan to do with those results. How will it affect your decision? What is that decision? Lastly, if you want to take tests, clarify w/your family doc.

19-21 days: Discontinue taking your bcps and wait until 19 to 21 days after your second cycle. If you are using a kit make sure you follow the instructions to the letter.
