I have a seizure disorder. lately i've had spells of not being able to do things. like my brain won't cooperate with my body. are these seizures?

Unlikely: If you are aware of these events they are more likely psychological rather than neurological. It would be of value to discuss with your neurologist. May be side effect of medications, depressive reaction, or new symptom of a complex partial seizure disorder. Trying to record eeg during a spell would be interesting and useful.
