See his doctor: He probably got the stomach infection or some parasites, check with his doctor.

Traveller's Diarrhea: It is possible that your son picked up an infectious organism, such as a parasite or bacterium, while traveling. Symptoms that last that long - ten days or more - should be investigated by a gastroenterologist. Meanwhile, make sure he maintains a good liquid balance and does not experience dehydration. Ordinary pepto bismol, (bismuth subsalicylate) is always a good "home remedy" to try until he visits the doctor.

Stool culture needed: He obviously has picked up a GI bug. Schedule an appointment with your doctor so he can send you for a stool culture for bacteria and or parasites.
